Blue-White F-300 Flow Meter - 1" / 25mm - 19-132 lpm

Blue-White 1" flow meter.

This float style flow meter will provide an accurate water flow rate through 1" / 25mm pressure pipe to enable correct sizing of pumps to suction fittings based on rated flow.
Can be left in the plumbing permanently, or easily used as a service tool on each required job. (simply cut the pipe and glue a coupling in place where the flow switch was installed.)
Simple installation - drill a 5/8" / 16mm hole in the top of the 1" pipe and clamp the meter with the supplied hose clamps.
The meter must be mounted vertically.

For accurate results the meter must be installed with a minimum length of 125mm of straight pipe upstream and 50mm of straight pipe downstream (much shorter than other flow meters for the same accuracy).
The design of the meter 'pick up' is such that there is little affect on flow/pressure loss whilst installed. Less than 0.7m (1psi) head loss (some flow meters heavily interfere with flow/pressure and offer very inaccurate results if they are removed from the plumbing after testing)
The flow meter registers/displays flow rate in US GPM and requires conversion to LPM with the following range covered:
GPM: 5-35
(LPM: 19-132) To convert to LPM, multiply GPM x 4.55
Suits 1" / 25mm pressure pipe only but can be setup with a section of 1" pipe and ¾" barb conversions for accurate flow rate measurements through 3/4" / 19mm clear tubing.
